All samples to try will be in a Size 12 AU plus a small selection of gowns in Sizes 14 to 18. If you are unsure on your sizing, please contact us directly at butlerhouse@janehill.com.au before your booking to confirm availability for your chosen styles.

Our gowns range from $4000 to $8000, specific pricing can be provided before your appointment upon request. A 50% deposit is required to secure your gown.
We will be offering an exclusive 10% discount on all gown orders placed during the pop up event from the 14th to 21st of June. -
We recommend wearing seamless skin-toned underwear and minimal fake tan/makeup. We have a selection of heels to try on with our gowns or you are welcome to bring your own. All of our gowns are designed to be worn without a bra.
We recommend looking over the booklet attached and selecting 3 to 5 styles you would like to try on. -
You are more than welcome to bring up to 3 guests plus yourself. Entry details to the suite your appointment will be in will be emailed one week prior to your booking.

Our gowns take 6 to 8 months to be made with standard delivery, express delivery can be catered for in most circumstances for an additional fee of $500.00.
Once you have chosen the one, we will take your measurements and confirm sizing, your gown is then made to order and shipped directly to you once ready.
We then recommend allowing 8 to 12 weeks for tailoring once your gown arrives with you.

Should you need to move or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to offer this space to others. Your appointment fee is non-refundable should you cancel or change your appointment within this time period.
Please ensure you arrive on time to your appointment to ensure the full time allocated, if you are running more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
